Interconnection Rejection
A man once brazenly rejected
The fact that we’re all interconnected
He sat by himself counting his wealth
But it cost him his spiritual health.
Separation from the other
Caused him to attack his brother
Nurturing his own vanity
Led to a path of insanity.
Of flesh and blood we are all born
Surely as the sun rises each morn
An earth-life is an opportunity to learn
And upon death to the creator we all return.
How we are is not how we need be
It’s up to us if we truly wish to see
That a mentally of division must be rejected
For we are all truly interconnected.
