Instead
If you came closer...you would see,
My heart, my intentions, everything,
If you accepted the love i give everyday,
Instead of always worrying about your way,
If you could see the beauty in the simple,
Instead of the complex view within your circle,
Can you rest your mind and take a moment?,
To love the simplicity instead of focusing on the broken,
What can you do to change it...i tell you..nothing,
Except accept what it is and turn it into loving,
Give away the pieces of your broken heart,
Change your perspective...make a new start,
Face the pain but don't let it take,
Dont let it steal you heart away,
In the midst of your sorrows...remember the hand,
That reached down to pick you up and helped you stand,
