Inspiration

Inspiration
comes from a place called
desperation
a desolate affair
a geological stare
hard as stone
alone.

Inspiration
comes from a place called
home
a familiar face
a warm embrace
still alone.

Inspiration
comes from a place called
me
I am alone
I am at home
still no one to see me.

I might as well be
in a geographical space
home alone
made of stone
