Inspiration

Looking in the depths,
And all of the cracks.
I wonder where to find it,
Because my imagination lacks.

I'll look near,
I'll search far.
What is this, dear?
I found a star!

Give me your light,
Show me the way.
Maybe tonight,
Maybe another day.

My mind will spin.
My fingers will twitch.
I'll stain my skin.
I'm finding my niche.

I've got it this time,
I'll gather a crowd.
This isn't even my prime.
I'll make all of you proud.
