Insomniac's Bliss

Lillies dance on my eyelashes
While Mars bounces on my belly
Freedom surpassing the skies
Clouds bring me visions of heaven

Water abundantly springs life
Milk nourishes my soul
Honey drops streams of sweet
Memories in my bowl

Eyes never rest on this body
Imagination paints trees of music
Melodious hymns of green grass and daisies
Sing 'life is good' so use it.

What a wonderful imagination as the imagery here is clear and alive. The flow of your words is smooth due to the rhyme scheme and the read is perfect. Very well written. Michael

Well, I am having a bit of insomnia right now myself, but do not feel quite as happy as you do about it. This is so light and delightful and a pleasure to read. Seems you will drift off in no time with thoughts like these. Love your imagination. Sweet dreams. Love, Shar
