Insomnia Monologue

I ponder the world’s problems in the twilight of my sleepless hours
By morning my own troubles rise once again to reclaim their powers

Interesting for me to read this. I myself have been an off-and-on insomniac for ten years now. I find that my ponderings work the opposite way: I focus on my problems at night; on the world's during the day. ~ Diff'rent Strokes for Diff'rent Folks

Sleep well, or your health may suffer, as I have discovered. These are the times. The World problems have become our own. Your thoughts are well received.
