It is happening to my stressed out hubbie a lot lately. Sometimes it happens to me too. I even wrote some sonnets on it. haha. Good one, Shane.

many times during the night i wake up and can't fall back to sleep, i lay there for hours, so i know the feeling. this was a great piece you wrote.

The reason you have already explained in your comments on my poem Blued that to the point you are blued.. hahahah that is why insomnia and insanity. How can you get sleep. shane?
