Insomnia Brain
Trouble sleeping is this feeling
insomnia has me wide awake
my eye's twitch from dealing
with all this stress I take
It is not my fault at all
when I do sleep all the nightmares
like standing on the ledge and dont want to fall
waking up with night terrors
Cold sweats making me not feel right
my restless leg keeps shaking
all through the night I fight
this is not something I am faking
Hours of sleep lost to a over thinking brain
I just want to feel normal if there is such a thing
for now I am on this restless train
holding on tight to my wife and my wedding ring. -TA
