Every moment is pregnant with insights,
The mind can hew a path to pure delight.
Its not the obstacles in your life,
That cause the seemingly endless strife.
Its but your vision, your perception...
Its just your choice of decision.
In this moment lies the answer, the secret,
In simple silence you can witness it.
The joy, the love, the bliss... life's simple lessons,
Its all inside this moment's silence.
All I ask of you is to listen,
Within yourself, you hold the key of your prisons.
