Appreciate the bright blue sky
For days grow dark through weary eyes
Breathing in the crisp clean air
Instead of wandering in despair
Smile wide with open arms
Without the thought to withdraw
Enjoy the aroma of a rose
Instead of worrying about the thorns
Be a generous giver
And not think about the cost
Have a heart that's rich
Instead of one that's bitter
Understanding the aspect of time
Isn't by glancing at the clock
Patience, the present is your future
Instead of wallowing in the past
Stay wise and you will see
The fool you used to be
Confessing all your faults
Rises you to your best
