Insight

I looked in the mirror,
And saw my reflection,
I had been trying hard to look through it,
I always wondered what lay on the other side,
Everybody knew what lay on the other side,
It was a dead end,
But I am sure that I did,
One day I saw an alleyway,
In the mirror,
Which had a bend,
I could not see beyond the turn,
But the mirror promised that it would be soon,
Today also I was trying that,
Suddenly I went beyond that turn,
And saw inside alleyway,
It was a full endless alleyway,
With thousands of mirrors fixed on all sides,
Naturally you have guessed right,
What I saw inside,
Was my own very face,
From various angles and sides,
Giving me the full insight.
