Inside of Me
inside of me
there's a girl you do not see
she's nice, friendly, and talented
but she'll never be me
she can "walk the walk"
and "talk the talk"
but she's not really me
trapped, and alone
she will not be freed
she's not me and never will be
trapped inside
she will hide
like an bird that can't fly
she's trapped forever
never to be released
by me.
