Insanity

She thrusts her head
From
Side to side
What madness is this that lurks in her mind?
A fog so murky
Darkness would not dare
But dare it does invade
Her sanity
A mind left prone
From
Love’s black wounds
A rock once forward
And another once back
Her sanity
Not sanity
But
Now insanity
A mind left prone
From
Love’s black wounds
A Sunday will cure
Or will it disturb further
Her soul
Lost beneath the fog
What madness is this that lurks in her mind?
A fog so murky
That when he shut the door
The only source of light
Darkness dared to invade her sanity
