Joseph, what a nice Senryu tribute to the "King of Pop." I noticed that you're in the Michael Jackson Poetry Tribute that you told me about. The one in the United Kingdom. Did you buy one? The promotional video was nice. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NwOuWSHRf54 Thanks for telling me about it in time for me to submit a poem. I haven't bought my copy yet. I need to get paypal information set up. Keep Writing Gratefully, DAS-J

Hello Joseph. So nice of you to stop by. Not here much these days but wanted to stop by and thank you for your lovely comment. This and your latest are awesome tributes to an incredible human being and most talented man. I happened to catch the memorial today and cried my eyes out. It was so beautiful. Be well and hope to see you soon. Love, Shar

A pleasant thought for one so troubled in life, but he had his shining moments, and perhaps will shine on as your tribute suggests.

Joseph my friend, this is just an amazing senryu with such few lines to say so much. Michael was a genius, a shining star, and will forever be, just wait and see. He reinvented music and dancing for the world, and they loved him. I just love this one! ~Peace! ~Sam

Joseph, this is the person who's poem you recently commented on, saying it was a great tribute to Michael Jackson. However, that was NOT a tribute to him at all. He was mentioned in one verse; that poem was also written in 2005. If you'd like to see the tribute poem I wrote for him a few days ago, you should go back to my profile and see it.

Surely, he's keeping beat with the angels now, Joseph. I think he was a very misunderstood man and I was a big fan of his early music. He could sing a great ballad. Very nice tribute, Joseph. Love, Carolyn
