Inner Child

Deep night-
In its quiver,
I write.

Perused-
Subconscious yields,
True muse

Child’s Zen
Speaking softly…
From when.

I often write from my inner child's point of view. It's a nice way to escape and remember when... Your poem was very heartfelt and soulful, and I enjoyed it very much. Nicely done, David!

yours is a very interesting one and I love how it was actually about a muse and one's writing. I tried doing mine that way too. Congrats on the win.

Hi David, I'm impressed with this entry. I am still trying to find something different; wrote a couple but I'm not satisfied with them. // paul
