Injustice

You are the most giving person I have ever known.
so,
you are my hero.
The difference between the rest of us,
and a hero,
is simply a hero lasts one minute longer,
when subjected to injustice.
The injustice can activate an inner drive,
and motivation,
that can triumph over the ignorance and failure,
of those charged to rule fairly.
The injustice places shackles of negativity,
on the strongest of spirits, and most giving hearts.
The key to the release of these shackles,
if found in the unconditional love of caring friends.
If only you can open a conduit to your heart,
when at your lowest.
The best revenge over an injustice,
is to let it propel you toward a greater success,
allowing you to become my hero again.
