Initiate Introspection and Reflection
Hasten to fasten your seat belt during the flight
From mundane air to rarefied flair
Meant to pitch your tent on terra firma in the light
Emanating from deep within the heart where love and care
Shower on you powers beyond corridors
Where dance, stance and circumstance combine
To define boundaries in sanctuary cores and scores
You care to cross when you define and refine
Standards of affection permissible in courts
Where you operate to rate greatness
As resistance to surrender higher beliefs to chiefs in the forts
At nights to cleanse weakness
From the face
Where love raises the bar
Pacing the rate at which the deep surface
Love requires services of the star
Who proclaims the name of love blameless
From the beginning of the odyssey
That raises to stardom the clueless
Homeless, penniless and the selfless
Who despite facing insuperable odds keep deep within their souls promises
Made and said
In sentimental sprays
To aid and braid
Love to burst her cocoon
Sauntering into the romance room where her efforts bloom
Beyond her character as a cartoon to croon
Happiness and meekness for lovers who defy the gloom of doom
At the end of the introspection
That rejects projects purporting to dismiss
Benefits accruing from sustained self reflection
Leading to boundless inner peace and bliss.
