I went to North County Mental Health and I attended Mindfulness Meditation on Feb. 24, 2016 and Dr. Freeman gave is handout sheet that has this and the following poems, his paper consist of List, Haiku, Couplet and Quatrain. I hope you read the poems before this, thank you.
Being mindful has several ingredients
Non-judging
Patience
Beginners mind
Trust
Non-striving
Acceptance
And
Letting go-coming to present moment noticing You alive
Have large responsibility to guide your life with compassion
Wisdom
loving kindness to yourself and to others
