Inflammation
Inflammation as we know is when a part of our body is “in flame.”
But I want to go a little further with my version of inflammation and describe it as “something” besides our body parts that is in flame.
Because little do we know, in our lives we experience many different forms of inflammation. So, here’s to a new way of looking at “inflammation.”
Let’s look and evaluate our own lives and see what areas that we have that are in flame.
Our temper can be in flame when we elevate it to a higher level.
Our spending habits and money can be in flame when we “over spend.”
Our weight can be in flame by over eating.
Our relationship can be in flame when we have a lot of insecurities and trust issues.
There is inflammation in our emotions, our self-doubt and self-belief.
Our thought process can be in flame when we often over think things.
Our drinking can be in flame when we over drink.
Our time can be in flame when we don’t manage it properly.
Our directions are in flame when we are all over the place with no stability.
There are many more areas, but for now, ask yourself, which areas of your life are “in flame?”
