Inferno

Sometimes it’s odd
Sometimes it’s just normal
And sometimes, it disappears, and I feal like a family
But most of the time it’s a vast emptiness stretching farther then I can reach
Sometimes I want to see the seniority of the situation
But then everyone turns a blind eye
And so do I
I’m not proud of this
I doubt anyone is
But, being the youngest
When I continue to look
I am disrespectful
Unreasonable
Playing with fire
And maybe I am
But maybe
Just maybe
They are scared to look
And they expect me to be fearful as well
But sometimes you must walk through the fire
And see the reason behind all the terrified eyes
The angry screams
But until then
I will wait
And continue you turn away from the fire
In hopes of not getting burned
