Inevitable Transition

If "everlasting life" is not a misnomer ~~ then "dying" is merely a transition.

Dying is nothing; I imagine we have all been through it many lifetimes.

I suspect that is true, Caren. Just like the births, we don't remember them, and I for one am happy about that! I understand it was quite a struggle.

I agree that death is a transition. I also think death is an equalizer.

Yes, indeed, it is, Shirley. I couldn't agree more.

And it is, i.e., just a transition. Let us prepare here while we can. ~ Time's a-wastin,' gw

I think you've got a point there, gw. When all is said and done, this life is short, so we need to use it well in preparation for what we're not sure the future holds.

Nice epigram here Milton, I’m not even religious, but I still believe 100% death is not the end, merely a transition, cheers David

Thanks so much, David, for your thoughtful comment. One does not have to be religious to have a keen sense of this life and the hereafter. I prefer to think of myself as being a "spiritual person," as opposed to being a "religious" person. To each his own, my friend.

Wise words Milton, I always see death as a pathway to the next life. Tom
