Indifference

INDIFFERENCE

Battered by the hurricane of your
Indifference
My heart, hastily took refuge
Into
The harbor of solitude!

Nothing quite hurts like indifference. We know a great deal about the other emotions.

My friend and compatriot, Jack, hello. First I would like to thank you for your visit and comment that I am certain it comes from your heart as it does Eileen's comment! Since you both wish me to return to the romantic writing I would make an effort from time to time to do so, however, you both know that life is not only laughter but tears as well and I for one cannot overlook that fact from time to time! Thank you again my friend!

I think the greatest two words within this poem is certainly "Indifference" the main theme of this incredible write, and "solitude" the overall goal of this write, at least that is what it seems to be to me! This piece make so much sense to me, it seems that I might be within a hurricane of life that batters me, at least of the past month! This amazing poem means a lot to me and it's significance is remarkable! I really loved reading this magnificent verse this morning, Great Work!!

You are absolutely right my dear friend, Russell. "Indifference" and " Solitude" are the two words that I contrast to give dynamism and harmony to this little Epigram of mine. Thank you for visiting and I am happy you liked it!

Well, my dearest, although I would agree with you about the content I would like to say that even sadness and unhappiness can create beautiful writing. Of course, I do not claim that this little poem of mine is worthy but I am happy to have written it! Thank you for your visit and for being there!
