Indian Stuffed Paranthas: No Counting

crisp hot paranthas stuffed with
mashed boiled potatoes, 
spiced with ginger and carom 
topped with white butter 
and pickle of choice
finger lick
treat!

Sounds good! You might want to check spelling... I think you meant "mashed" potatoes. I couldn't find any reference food-wise for "carom", so I'm not sure about it. Love all the Indian food, BTW.

Thnx Roy. I meant 'mashed' only and am correcting it right away. BTW, carom seeds are digestive spice and named 'Ajwain' in Hindi. You can google it and get many references to it. Great to know you like all Indian food. ever had paranthas of any sort?
