Inclusion
Inclusion is the particle.
The molecule who gives me a little look.
While I lie down, but not relaxing.
On this hammock, hurting.
Inclusion is a pair of shorts that I used to like.
Aren’t worn out, just don’t wear them.
They aren’t too tight.
I just can’t and no one knows why.
Inclusion.
Eating cereal bars.
Which are like cereal.
Get tossed in my bag sometimes.
Inclusion is the particle of me.
Doesn’t live, just pretends.
Can’t be seen, but they pretend that it shines.
While I sit in the corner eating alone.
Embrace.
Take time and give me clothes that I actually like and wear.
Don’t ask why I hate certain cereal bars.
Just let me hand you the baton that sparkles.
Embrace is-
Never too tight.
Lying down becomes a part of me.
Tossing my favorite snack in my bag to take everywhere.
Embrace every particle of me.
Not just the one you think you like.
And maybe-
We like the same things after all.
