Inaugural Flight
I
saw
it all
from
the start
to the end
A m e r i c a n
A s t r o n a u t s
r o c k e t u p h i g h
My heart skipped
a beat when
countdown
began and
w h e n we
had lift off
joyful tears
they flowed
A summer’s day
no traffic in sight
they had a job
to go to as
they get a
green light
On route to
board the ISS
E C S T A T I C
a complete success
that
night
I gazed
up to
the
sky
as
I
S
S
passed me by ~ an awesome sight ~ musing one day of my inaugural flight
