In Your Eyes

Look into my eyes, what do you see
Don’t you see the woman I’ve become.
Am I just to you the cook, the cleaner, the mum
Look into my eyes, what do you see
Don’t you see me passionate and strong
Wanting every part of you
To want me slow and long
Look into my eyes, what do you see
Don’t you see me funny
We used to laugh and joke
What the hell is happening, It’s been days since we last spoke
Look into my eyes, what do you see
Don’t you see the woman you fell in love with anymore
Have I really changed
Perhaps you found another love, now you’re walking out the door.

There is some neat foundation here for part of a song...the poem has a flow to it! Look into my eyes and tell me who you see the women who loves you so or just a memory your eyes say it all without a single word your silence said goodbye before you reached the door my love goodbye my love goodbye irish

Wonderful piece because you can tell alot about someone when you look into their eyes. Sadly, many times we fail to to "see" that other person for who they really are.
