The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

In Wine

In wine there is truth
In truth revelation
And in revelation
A glimpse of future
Delighted in the taste
Of future on your lips
Savored with each
Slow careful kiss
Toasting breakable glasses
Full of red revelation
Swirling with an eager scent
Causing inhibitions to
Scurry into the corners
Laughing at tipsy truths
Drinking lustily every thought
And closing the bottle
To share a sacred sleep

They say that alcohol makes one talk and say things that they really don't mean. Keep writing. Sara
