In Want of You

pain in the palm of my soul
love in the realm of my heart
i cry
no one to take part in my life
to love me to give me comfort
i am a single rose in the desert
my pedals fall to the cold ground in the cold of night
my soul full of loathing and detest
for my clothes lonliness is my dress
without you i slowly wither and fade away
in the cold of the night my light grows dim
hope is fading and my soul bows to the ground
there is none to pick me up
none to hold my hand
i am in a orchesrta one man band
my tunes are of sorrow my violin plays the blues
soon i will die in want of you
