In Waning Years
In waning years

Life resembles an old tin plate sepia,
faded, and worn.
It reveals road signs, in earlier times,
that i ignored.
Now, i reminisce, encountering days,
of feeling forlorn.
but in Jesus, the bridges I once burned,
have been restored.
