In This One Moment

I float in the water under the night sky with the stars and the full moon it’s warm, just laying, relaxed, alone Miles from anywhere and anyone I float and let the water take me, My eyes close and the peace of the moment is upon me I am in the now and the present and it’s gold. Energised by the moon as it glows above my skin I am replenished inside and out, white rushes through my body and I am cleansed, all that exists is just brand new my mind, body & soul.
