In This Alone

At night,
I dreamed of those promises.
I softly spoke those lies and tears rolled from last year cries...
But you want to tell me, if you could turn back the hands of time
I’d be yours.
With a broken heart… a torn soul.
I’d rather not see your face again.
My world went cold, when I found my heart in the hands of a stranger.

Who sold me for some foolish… gold
So here I am
Sad
Cause I can’t find the words.
To express my hurt
You left me in the gutter, soaking up dirt.

At night I dream of those promises.
I softly spoken those lies and tears rolled from last year cries.
I’m in this alone, no man or woman can fix this, this sorrow, my pain.
So as it rains I sit in the puddle, laughing.
You say if you turn the hands I'd be yours.
When I rather not see your face
I’ll move I’ll turn, not the hands, but my life.
You left me here, so I’ll do it alone.
All alone

Sadness filled my soul
and my heart is gone.
Remember…
You sold it
For foolish foolish gold,
No time to turn now
My world is frozen
Frozen frozen,
Cold…
