In The Year 2060 It Is What It Is
In The Year 2060, It Is What It Is
Did Grandpa and Grandma know it would get this bad?
We talked about it now and then.
Now and Then?
So many points of view.
So what?
There wasn't much we could do.
Did you listen to the scientists?
Not as much as we should have.
And here we are.
Afraid so.
My world shares little with your world.
They said that is the price of progress.
Your world accepted that?
It was said, 'it is what it is'.
And now, Mom, I'm not sure I should bring a baby into my world.
I'm sorry, my baby girl, but it is what it is.
