Madison Balmont Poet I do not know?

In the Silence of the Night.

In the silence of the night,
I had the sense of someone's bite.
I heard the crack of someone's bones,
And the cry of someone's moans.

As I walked towards the door,
I felt the coldness of the floor.
And wondering what it could be,
I found my cat waiting for me!


~Written in 2002 at school when I was thirteen.~
..I remember being quite upset  at getting a B+  :)
