In the Realm of His Life

Today you saw me in the worst condition of my life..
When i asked you for a handout to get a bottle for tonight.
I just arrived from Boston, where i buried my children and my
Wife.
Lord it looks to me like another long lonely night.

I know you might not believe me, but here stands a man.
Who had the best things in his life, in palm of his hand
Home, security, children, and a wife.
What more could anyone asked in the realm of his life.

Pardon me, if i wasted a little of your time.
I just wanted to ask you for a simple little dime.
To help me buy a bottle, to give me the courage, and the will to
Fight.
Lord its going to be another long lonely night
