In the Moments
I’m seeking you
in the night
in the shadows
that sit
in contemplation
abiding thoughts.
I yearn for you
deeply
with such longing
it would stagger
a simpler man.
Sweet angst
in the moments
between the
dusk
between the
dawn.
I’m seeking you
always
in the night
in the darkness
that informs
on my
deep loving.
