In the Midst of Me
In the midst of me ye shall all verily see,
A song or a dance shall shine through thee.
I am the one and the only one that shields.
A light shall flash in the world that builds.
A day or a night I am the key to the door.
A life or a death there is a core and more.
I scream I yell and I correct the flaw.
At my heart your spirits shall claw.
I shall shut my door and be no more.
I came from a long time ago way before.
Do as you wish for I will not ever hear.
I have grafted you out and do not fear.
I know this and I know what is to truly be.
You are confused by a world without me.
I understand and have given into all of this.
But in your heart soul and mind I you miss.
Ye shall starve for me and I will not receive.
But I will accommodate and always believe.
Ye shall thirst and it shall never end my day.
I am forever and ever glorified by words I say.
I have understood and have come to be the one.
Minutes are up and your time is all just done.
I declare and I swear by my name,
Ye shall never all be just the same.
