"in the Marais" there once was a man from Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch who preferred Picasso's over those of Van Gogh so he didn't give a damn about Amsterdam but would rather be in Paris sipping Bordeaux

I loved it, this is( was) the essence of the Marais, in Paris, the arts, it was rather, now it is such an expensive place for tourists have a sweet sunday poet

Thanks yann. Though I'm not from the Welsh town in this limerick, I have been to Paris a few times; love Picasso, and Bordeaux wine lol. Yes, I've heard the Marais is rather posh now, but wow what it must have been in those days :)
