In the Eyes of a Mother
In the eyes of a mother,
She sees...
Beauty,
Mildness,
In her innocent child.
She sits,
She thinks,
Nine months of joy?
Then she looks.
How she was given...
Nine long months is what it took.
Until she could see her baby boy.
In the eyes of a mother...
In her eyes,
She wants him to believe,
She is very wise.
Only thing she knows is art.
For him she will be smart.
For him she will make a new start.
In my eyes,
I am young.
I am mature.
I just want his life to be filled with love,
So pure.
Praying everyday,
Every night,
Help me raise my son right.
In my eyes
He is the only site.
