In the Evening's Tapestry
In the Evening's Tapestry
In the evening's tapestry, where dream interweaves with the real,
Cinnamon tongue, fragrant sweet, but with hidden venom concealed,
Chords bittersweet-dulcet, in the dense air, like ritual smoke that swirls,
You thought yourself master of hearts, but you're just a simple illusionist.
You clung to me, like sweetness on thirsty lips that crave,
Heart of silk, with passions woven into subtle lies and deceits,
You fade away, a shadow at dusk, like an obsolete vision blurred,
Your face, a living tableau, framed in ribbons of mystery deep.
My dreams unleash themselves wild, you thrash in a sea of confusion,
Your smile, a mask that hides the greed and the dark intention,
You judge me for my ancient magic, for my faith in nature's ways,
But you're the one who melts away, an ash without trace in evening's wind.
You're no longer needed here, your voice is just an echo in the forest,
Don't touch me anymore, you creature of greed, without any splendor left.
I hope your serpent skin transforms, becomes legend in the telling,
Now I leave you behind, a pallid memory, a nameless phantom fading.
I hope to catch you in justice's net, to see you behind bars confined,
Your mouth, once opened wide, now sealed shut, a forgotten instrument.
Your chords, now deaf and muted, give birth to a new symphony rising,
In a magic poem, where goodbye means a new beginning, a new fate destined.
