In the deep night, when the stars show their spark

In the deep night, when the stars show their spark, Shadows slide down the walls, silent, like an echo of a forgotten past. Another world is born, beyond our eyes, One where illusions come to life and celebrate their own ephemeral existence. Under the weight of our mistakes, we lose ourselves in labyrinths of shadows, Seeking a truth to soothe our souls, but finding only broken mirrors. Each of us is shadowed by an illusory person, A false self that whispers sweet lies, feeding the roots of sin. An open window to an unseen world, Where truth is a dream and lies are the reality, We hide behind masks, far from the light of truth, In a life devoted to the cult of this shadow that cannot exist. We tread dark paths, lost in our own illusions, A life of sin, a life where we adore our false selves, We lose ourselves in misty reflections, in mirrors that show us only shadows, And forget who we truly are, prisoners of our own lies. When dawn breaks, the shadows disperse, We are left with only memories of a night of illusions, And, for a moment, we see the truth, But we retreat back into the darkness, into the arms of our false self. In this endless dance of shadows and light, We seek an escape, a path to truth, But we remain prisoners of our illusions, In a world where the false self is king, and we are its subjects. Thus we live, in the shadow of an illusory person, In a world of sin, far from the light of truth, Lost in our own lies, In the labyrinth of our shadows, seeking a truth to set us free.
