In the dark
I spent some time in the dark.
Couldn’t see my body nor my surroundings .
Listening to the silence of life.
Found a space in which the battle in my mind.
Brought images of happiness once was had.
Quickly overcast by the bad.
I didn't forget.
Felt the strength and power of my life.
Heard my mind try to resist.
Memories of pain that persist.
Still I struggled to find where I can unleash my thoughts. Let it go. Start again as
I noticed a little light ahead ,one step two step, There's something tugging at me, you can't go to the light. l Darkness is the only thing you will get.
