In the Country

In the country where I live
The country side is pretty
I lived in the city all my life
In the city to much strife
I live next to a farm now
There are goats,horses,and cows
The flowers and trees
Sway in the breeze
The birds all sing so pretty
The fire flies light up the skys
Like a light show in the night
When the moon shines oh so bright
The mountains surround me
The children frolic and play
The sun shines almost every day
The lightening storms are such a sight
Another show to light up the night
For the rest of my life I will say
The country is where I want to stay
In West Virginia USA
