In the Blink of An Eye
In the blink of an eye
In the space between
One breath and then another
We go from love to hate
And back again.
Our love is like a roller coaster
Soaring high into the heavens
Then crashing back to earth
In a flash of hate and regret
Leaving us both dazed and confused.
Such is the thin line
Between love and hate.
