Notes About The Poem

IN AWARENESS OF THE WOMEN OF THE WORLD

 

           God’s human-like doves,

       Are colored and colorless:

     His gift of women:-   

 

With Mary, mother of Jesus,

God sanctified womanhood,

Glorifying all women with amazing

Grace and divine supreme love;

Thus, as with our people’s story,

We should honor and respect women

Every day, week, month, and year:-

 

Indeed, where would we be

Without God’s gift of women to us

In the blessed life He has given us?

Know this, without women,

The world we desire can never be;

For without desired women we wouldn’t be:-

Let us get to ensuring women’s equanimity;

Without women, there’s no future for you and me:-

Thus, for women, suffering inequality, much like us,

We must also fight for them, in our giving injustice, its exodus!

Indeed, let us ever be inclusive in our fight for equality,

In a sound, great nation, living the practice of democracy:-
