In the Arms of Death

In my loneliness sorrow I reside each night in arm's of death On the precipice of blackness Icy hands Cold breath Retaining only a minute connection With the living I wrap eagerly round him Arms beckoning As the mist envelopes me Hopelessness The woven blanket of pain Under which we sleep My freezing heart beat In the arms of death This poem is copyrighted and stored in author base.
