In the Arena of Vice

In the arena of vice, the man of virtue fell

Was an intrepid gladiator with God's sword in hand

Ready to die was for all of the evil to expel

Gallantly kept fighting till iniquity left the land!

Thought provoking write Demetrios my friend - we are tempted to follow ill ways, it is our strength of character that comes into play here, it will decide for us which course we will take, hopefully we all know the answer to that, and as Tom says, with God's help, will win the war. Life offers many temptations and we mere mortals can easily get caught in the clutches of vice, we must strive to do battle with iniquity and with God's help win the war. Hope your weekend is going well Demetrios. Love the picture, reminds me of a scene in Kefalonia. Tom

So true my friend, Tom. We are not allowed to go into the country because of COVID-19 So I may miss the anemones season which has already begun! Take care! Thank you! The field in the picture is not very far from where I leave!
