In Soft Tongues
You think fields are so lovely?
You think as this snow falls
furious that it will give up
its words to the likes of
you? It would just go
speak to you in soft
tongues ones that
you alone you
only would
be able to
hear?
No
loud lies
no chance
will the snow
speak to or utter
to you than would
mighty Zeus himself
hasten swift down and
offer bolts of lightning of
which were long dreamt of
there was an eternity of need.
