In So Much

In so much as to say
This, I wanted to reflect
If not some of something,
Or anything you might
Imagine, sometime what
You see will fill you with
Regrets, such a dark room
And all the future good we
Are. Us sitting on the
Floor, the windows large
You explaining in the dark
And thinking, but I remember-
I remember being close to you
As you talked this and some
Other things, I wanted to caress
Your mind, I was exhausted
In the dim light and it made
Me tired. I could only hope
To come back tomorrow but
I was so tired tomorrow never
Came- it was the next day I woke
To see- everything had changed
The sight of dim light in the
Room, the door was locked- the
Outside air turned the summer and
Fall into one, washing over all the things
A room can hold, some shadows still
Exists, a voice and all the things
Said, when in love.
