In So Knowing
If you knew of this King whose Love has created our story
Where upon all of His angels sing and Rejoice in His Glory
As forth the Water poured from His Side for you and all men
For our inequities He Died but on the Third Day Rose again
A Lord who left His Father and became one just as were are
Where man could not bother He named each and every star
The One the devil fears most whose Word rules over the land
One of the Most Holy Host whose power you can't understand
If you knew Him personally in speaking to Him during His Day
And all of this you could see despite all the things people say
If He Spoke to your heart removing the scales from your eyes
From this world would you depart leaving behind all of it's lies
A King who is so filled with Grace and knows even the sparrow
One who defeated this place creating a Way saying it is narrow
If you knew this Savior who carried you over all the fires of hell
Being so absolutely sure wouldn't you want also go out and tell
Luke 9:60
Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead:
but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.
