In quest of God

the quest continues in many ways
but the truth is never found
myriad things have been spoken
but the mystery remains in silence,
thundering rain cleansed the surface
deep down further the reality flows,
generations shall crawl, live and die,
without a glimpse of eternal’s clues,
prophets, books and cries for prayers,
like howling wolves to the moon,
in quest of that which is unknown,
they shall all perish, eons will roll,
but that hidden truth-
who is to know?
